Coliving Project is currently Suspended
It is with a very heavy heart that, as of the 12th November 2024, we have ended our contract with the Coliving property in Arona. The reception to the project has been amazing, and we had some amazing guests stay.
However, due to some issues with the ownership of the property, and the lack of professionalism, continuity and autonomy we had at the space, it was no longer feasible for us to maintain the standard of Coliving Project we aim to deliver.
We are currently in negotiations to purchase a new space, but we expect this to take some time. Please stay tuned, follow us on Instagram @zendentenerife and if you are looking for a Coliving in 2025 and would like to stay informed, please join our mailing list below.
What's Included?
- Spacious rooms all equipped with a desk and chair.
- All rooms except the Twin Rooms are Ensuite
- Fibre Internet Connection in all rooms and common areas
- Dedicated Coworking Space in the Coliving and three Meeting Rooms
- Daily Fresh Breakfast (8am - 11am)
- Fully equipped Community Kitchen
- Yoga, Workouts, Friday Night Community Pool Party and Family Dinners
- Included use of our Coworking Space, Zen Den by the beach (subject to desk availability)
- For stays 1/10 - 12/11 Discounts are applied, however breakfast, internet in rooms and full events schedule are not included.
Payment & Cancellation
- We take a 50% deposit to secure your room.
- There is a one week minimum stay.
- Discounts available for stays over 14, 28 & 54 days
- Cancellation 21 days before arrival: the deposit will be refunded*
- Cancellation within 21 days of arrival: If the guest cancels within three to one week before the arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable but will be kept as a voucher to exchange for an equivalent amount of days on future stays at Zen Den Coliving.
- Cancellation less than one week before the arrival date, the total amount for the stay is non-refundable.
- *-2% will be reduced from the deposit. This is what it costs to refund the deposit.
