1 person Single Room w/ensuite: €45 per night

- For stays 1/10 - 12/11 Discounts are applied, however breakfast, internet in rooms and full events schedule are not included.
Payment & Cancellation
- We take a 50% deposit to secure your room.
- There is a one week minimum stay.
- Discounts available for stays over 14, 28 & 54 days
- Cancellation 21 days before arrival: the deposit will be refunded*
- Cancellation within 21 days of arrival: If the guest cancels within three to one week before the arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable but will be kept as a voucher to exchange for an equivalent amount of days on future stays at Zen Den Coliving.
- Cancellation less than one week before the arrival date, the total amount for the stay is non-refundable.
- *-2% will be reduced from the deposit. This is what it costs to refund the deposit.
