Single with Ensuite
Our lead in room types and are more petite than the Deluxe Singles, but these still have plenty of space to relax, they come with a comfortable single bed, a desk and chair, built-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with shower.
Deluxe Single with Ensuite
These are larger than the standard single with much more floor space. They come with a comfortable single bed, a desk and chair, built-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with shower.
Deluxe Single with Ensuite (Town View)
These are larger than the standard single with much more floor space, these selected rooms have nice views of the stunning surrounding town of Arona. They come with a comfortable single bed, a desk and chair, built-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with shower.
Double with Ensuite
A slightly larger room with a double bed for double occupancy. They come with a comfortable double bed, a desk and chair, built-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower. There are three rooms available. Ideal for couples.
Twin with Shared Bathroom
These rooms are extremely large and have more than enough space for two friends to share, they are equipped with two comfortable single beds, built-in wardrobe and a desk and chair. There are two of these rooms available and the two rooms share a bathroom which has three showers and two toilets. Ideal for two friends to share.
Four Bedroom Female Dorm
This room is actually two large rooms which are joined and share a bathroom, they have two beds in each room, with each room having a desk and chair. The two rooms share an ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. This allows single females travelling to have a cheaper option if they do not mind sharing.
Single with Ensuite

Our Beautiful Coliving
The stunning building that you will stay and that we call Zen Den Coliving, is actually called Casona de Arona.
A traditional Canarian Hotel with over 100 years of history, the property itself covers a massive 1459 square metres. It is situated on Domínguez Alfonso Street, one of the founding streets of the town of Arona dating back to around the year 1625 when a small chapel was created on the land.
The property itself was donated by the near legendary Maria Amalia Frias to its current owners Opus Dei, in 1995 when she passed away. However Maria’s legacy is still being enjoyed by Digital Nomads and Remote Workers today.
Why you ask? Well over 60 years ago Maria donated the land that the popular town of Los Cristianos is built on. She is one of the main reasons for its creation at all, without Doña María the south of Tenerife could well still be a desert. What an inspiration!
The Casona will take your breath away as you enter and it’s hard for me to describe its history and character. This isn’t some renovated house, this is a living, breathing part of Canarian History that still encapsulates the traditions and stories that its walls have seen over the centuries.

We are trying to help the Remote Working Community grow sustainably and ethically in Tenerife. Building Bridges.
Over the last four years, Zen Den as a brand has grown from Roy hosting small remote worker events, to Roy our founder consolidating and constructing the community of Digital Nomads and Remote Workers in the South of Tenerife. Then he opened Zen Den Coworking which has since grown to be the highest-rated dedicated Coworking Space in Tenerife.
Recently Roy has also been working with the government and other community leaders to host events and help guide the sustainable growth of Remote Working on Tenerife.
Like many places, Tenerife has had its share of problems with the cost of living crisis and an accommodation shortage for local people. There is no solution to this, we just wanted to find a way to help!
Zen Den Coliving has been born out of this need, working with the local ownership of our beautiful Casona. We now have a dedicated space to offer our Community a place to stay, work and play that does not contribute to Tenerife’s problems.
Not only that it allows us to work with the local community to help integrate and learn together. We will welcome local entrepreneurs and host events that bridge the gap and fully invest in teaching you about the local culture of Tenerife.

Before we started with the Coworking, before we conceived Zen Den Coliving, we were famous for our Nomad Events!
Not only does the Coliving have its own events schedule with the other members of the family, but you will also have access to the greater Community in the South we established.
You will have access to the Nomads Den Community, a community that welcomes all Remote Workers from different Colivings, Coworkings or Independent.
In the last year alone we have hosted over 200 events, including networking, parties, entrepreneur meetups, dinners, brunches, women professional events, bachata and latin dancing, wine tasting, hackathons, crypto talks, AI presentations and much more!
Last year we even hosted the official Departure Party for Nomad Cruise 12 which attracted over 250 Digital Nomads.
