Nine Coliving - La Orotava
If you are drawn to a slower pace of life and a quieter area of Tenerife. Nine Coliving in the small town of La Orotava. Located in Tenerife North and is perhaps the most well-known Coliving Space in Tenerife. If not the whole of Europe. It has inspired Digital Nomadism in Tenerife and has been a key player in the community since it was established in 2018.
Nine Coliving is run by an amazing friend of ours called Anne. She is a credit to the island.
Nine Coliving is our best choice if you want to stay in the North of Tenerife. Nine is community-driven and has fantastic views of Mount Teide.

Cactus Coliving - Valle San Lorenzo - Arona
The only other “true” Digital Nomad, Entrepreneur and Remote Worker Coliving in the South of Tenerife. Cactus Coliving and Community, which is tucked away in the backstreets of Valle San Lorenzo. A slightly further away and less historic town than Arona, where Zen Den Coliving is located. But it does have a large Supermarket right up the road.
Cactus Coliving is owned and run by our friend Maria. A native of Tenerife who inherited the Coliving from her family and turned it into this fantastic project. It focuses highly on its internal community. They also have another Cactus Coliving on the small rural island of La Gomera close to Tenerife.
It’s a great option for those who what to have a more secluded experience with a great internal Community of a Coliving. Not really interacting with other Remote Workers who aren’t staying there.

Repeople La Luna – Santa Cruz de Tenerife (And Gran Canaria)
Repeople is the largest and most trusted Coliving provider in Las Palmas and the whole of Gran Canaria, providing four Colivings in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and one in El Cabo, Agaete. Which is the gateway to Santa Cruz in Tenerife.
This is why they have opened Repeople La Luna in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, allowing you to have a journey from Las Palmas to Agaete, to Santa Cruz de Tenerife to Zen Den Coliving? or vice versa!
Repeople La Luna in Santa Cruz is a very petite Coliving experience with a nice rooftop terrace and even though Santa Cruz is not known for its Nomads Community like the South of Tenerife is, it is good for Digital Nomads who want a more intimate urban experience or who are on their way to Gran Canaria or the North and South of Tenerife where most Nomads reside.

- La Laguna has a more temporate climate, suitable for those who dont enjoy higher temperatures of the South

Maraya Coliving – Candelaria
Not known for its Digital Nomad Community, Maraya Coliving is located in the sleepy town of Candelaria just South of the capital city of Tenerife, Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
Maraya Coliving has a very nice internal community and has a strong focus on wellness and consciousness. Maraya Coliving offers daily yoga sessions and offers fresh vegetarian/vegan-friendly meals in a rural location.
Its boho chic surfy vibe is not for everyone but if you love to work from a hammock or stroll around barefoot in nature in a more rural location then Maraya Coliving might just be for you!
It has a well-equipped Coworking Space with an extremely nice view of the coast.
